SHE SAID YES
When they first met he ran away... but he was on a hockey pitch, so it wasn't personal. He flashed her a big smile as he went, leaving her sprinkled in magic. They got to be friends because their youngest boys were friends, then Pali moved to York and the years flew by with only happy birthday messages. 20 years later and both single, they met up at a music festival near Cambridge and their friendship began again, with music and cooking and adventures and laughing and healing. Over the last 10 years life has had it's challenges but always solid together they have held each other up and loved each other more completely every day.
So finally he asked, and she said yes. Because they were meant to be together.

We hadn't planned for gifts, it feels presumptuous and embarrassing to even mention it. But it is something people are asking us about and insisting on, and so we have created this section in response.
The truth is that we are lucky enough to have a home with everything we need. The main thing we need is you guys - we are so grateful that you are joining us on our special day, and for your ongoing friendship and company. You are already a gift to us!!
